Abstract

We present a clinical case of a patient with acute ischemic stroke and non-valvular atrial fibrillation. The patient was discharged from Department of Cardiology without anticoagulant therapy due to a history of atrial fibrillation with anamnestic data for gastrointestinal bleeding and dyspepsia.
