Deàr Colleagues from the Bulgarian Neurological Society,
I am the co-editor of the new EFNS Newsletter - Neuropenews, which was launched on 1st January 2012. www.neuropenews.org
Among other sections it has an interactive site for European neurologists to discuss interesting "unsolved" patients (in a new section called GRAND ROUNDS http://www.neuropenews.org/?cat=5). We would like to ask you to promote this new publication possibility with actual possibility to get practical solutions for their patients among your young colleagues in training. They should send me a short text including clinical and diagnostic data (figures; may also be video) related to an as yet unsolved or controversial case. I shall seek the opinion of prominent European experts (for instance chairpersons of the EFNS Scientific panels) to provide suggestions for the case, and this will be published along the case presentation.
Further discussion & suggestions might follow in future issues of the Newsletter.
We believe this would provide a good service for neurologists in training, particularly neurologists in single practice or small centers, or less developed areas.
We would very much appreciate your help.
Best wishes,
David B. Vodusek
Professor of Neurology
Co-editor Neuropenews
